Get Fit Stay Fit: It's not how you start, it's how you finish!

It has been two weeks since we've made our New Year's Resolutions... so how are you doing?  Have you fallen off the wagon yet? Need a little push to continue the fight to lose those extra pounds.  Well look no further.  On Sunday, Jan. 16, 2011 at 4:00 p.m. central, I will be interviewing multi-certified fitness professional Carol Wilson.  Carol is a personal trainer, pilates, and group exercise instructor in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  She develops custom workout/nutrition programs for individuals, couples, children or group clients based on their unique strengths, challenges, and goals.  She focuses on proper implementation of exercises for optimum safety and results, as well as, track progress for program revision as necessary.  Nutritional information for sustained health and fitness is also provided
