Now, I am not an expert in lip reading translation, however, I think I was able to make out what Bobby Petrino said to Les Miles during the game... and the words he used closely resembled the ones that made George Carlin's dirty word list. At any rate, Bobby did not like the fact that Les Miles did not pull back leading up to the final minutes of the last quarter.
I don't blame Les Mile for doing this. In the current BCS system, style points matter. The way in which you beat a top-ranked team could make all the difference during the "computer calculations" if you lose a game in the final couple of weeks leading up to the National Title. So, Bobby, get over it.
Here is the backstory posted by nola.com. The article said, "No. 1 LSU had a commanding lead in the fourth quarter after a flurry of points and turnovers, but it kept its foot on the gas. Arkansas Coach Bobby Petrino, for one, took exception after Jordan Jefferson's pass attempt to Rueben Randle in the end zone with LSU leading 38-17. Petrino and LSU Coach Les Miles' greeting was brief after the game, and Petrino appeared to pull his hand from Miles during the customary postgame handshake.
When asked if Petrino had any words for him, Miles responded, "Not many." Last week against Ole Miss, Miles ordered his offense to take a knee near the goal line with more than 5 minutes remaining and up 52-3."
