I have not been able to get back in the groove of things because of a leg injury. I am so ready to get back in the water. I was scared at first because I do not know how to swim. The first day I got in the water, I really think I had a panic attack, but I stayed with it. It is now my favorite form of exercise. I enjoy it. I really don't feel like I am working out.
