Herman Cain faces a fourth accuser

This is not going away. I wish Herman Cain would just stick to one story and own up to whatever has happened. I hope he is able to recover and continue with his campaign. I wonder if this will convince the other ladies to go ahead and come forth.

Herman Cain has tried to turn the page on a scandal involving allegations that he sexually harassed three women in the 1990s, but today a celebrity lawyer for a fourth woman will put him back on the defensive.

The accuser is set to hold a news conference in New York Monday afternoon with attorney Gloria Allred, who has a flair for the dramatic. The press conference will likely be no exception. The online magazine Radar broke the news of the event first.

Allred previously represented a woman who accused former Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-N.Y.) of impropriety when he was ensnared his own scandal involving graphic photos on Twitter.

Monday’s news conference marks the second time one of Cain’s accusers has broken her silence.
Joel Bennett, an attorney who represented one Cain accuser when she received a cash settlement in 1999, released a statement last week saying that Cain engaged in “inappropriate behavior” and made “unwanted advances” while CEO of the National Restaurant Association.
