Brandon Marshall Stabbed, In Intensive Care; Wife Is Main Suspect

Hot off the press from the Huffington Post this morning, "Brandon Marshall's wife is accused of stabbing the Miami Dolphins wide receiver and has been arrested on a domestic violence charge, according to a police report."  In this report, which was posted on The South Florida Sun Sentinel's website, it stated "Michi Nogami-Marshall stabbed her husband with a kitchen knife Friday. The report says she told officers she was defending herself.

Nogami-Marshall remained jailed Saturday on $7,500 bond. It was unclear if she had an attorney. A statement from Brandon Marshall's agent, Kennard McGuire, said Marshall will make a full recovery.  A Dolphins spokesman says the team is unable to contact the wide receiver because of the NFL lockout. Marshall's longtime friend, free agent Mike Sims-Walker, tweeted Saturday that "Brandon will be ok and is in good spirits."
