Charlie Sheen was heard saying "This is not the America that I grew up in," as police removed the 'Two and a half Men' star's children from his multi-million dollar Los Angeles home under instruction from a judge overseeing the actor's custody case.
"It's not goodbye, it's see you later," Sheen tells his heartbroken friends, colleagues and nannies who were left stunned, some in tears, at the dramatic turn of events, according to Radar Online.
"Goodbye," Max said to his father.
The troubled actor surrendered his children to authorities without opposition, knowing he had taken custody of his children from ex-wife Brooke Mueller without permission, refusing to release them back into the custody of their mother just one week ago.
When Mueller tried to get the boys back, Sheen allegedly threatened her, saying, "I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom.
Sheen, who is dating porn star Bree Olson and Natalie Kenly, has kept the former couple's two-year-old sons, Bob and Max, with him in his Mulholland Estate mansion.
