Smith, CEO of OSI Restaurant Partners; Tim Solso, chairman and CEO of Cummins; and Ronald A. Williams, chairman of Aetna on the board.
Lee joined BET in 1986 as VP and general counsel and was named chief operating officer in 1996. She became chairman and CEO in 2005.
